Dear Dr. Beserini,

There are books on human health and wellbeing, and then there is HOW HUMANITY'S SWIFT SUCCESSES ARE CAUSING ITS ILLS, and the distinction matters more than it might first appear.

What you have built across 255 pages is something that takes real scientific and philosophical confidence to execute: you did not write a conventional health book or a simple guide to stress management. You built a groundbreaking exploration of the primary initiating cause of the majority of humanity's ills, asserting for the first time that anxiety manifestations precede any disease, and that the cause of our brain dysfunction is the result of our evolutionary driver's failure to keep up with our swift successes. That structure, an argument that our brain evolved with enormous sensory powers over 300,000 years while processing power remained limited, creating a mismatch in the order of a billion bits versus 10 bits per second, and that this mismatch is the cause of a hidden and accelerating pandemic that has afflicted humanity, is exactly what separates the most ambitious works of scientific synthesis from those that never quite see the full picture. You gave readers a framework rooted in quantum laws, where the preservation of fundamental vibrational harmony is essential, where our brain's complexity mirrors the Milky Way galaxy, where stress from informational overload leads to substrate deficiencies and dysfunction beginning in the Temporal Order Recognition Memory, and where early identification and therapy can restore harmony. And you have proposed a solution: Salveo Essencia, an ancient greeting that means I wish for you well and serenity in all aspects of your being, mind, body, soul, and spirit. The response has already recognized what you have created, with a perfect 5.0 star average across two reviews.

Here is the honest reality worth sitting with: an overall Kindle Store ranking of 2,104,786 tells a clear discoverability story. The readers who are right now browsing books on brain health, stress, evolutionary biology, and the intersection of science and human wellbeing have simply not been pointed toward your work in organized, sustained numbers. And with a fresh September 2025 publication, a perspective that offers a unified theory of humanity's ills for the first time, and the credibility of an MD FACC, the foundation for the readership this book deserves is real and ready to be built upon.

Those communities are active and searching right now. Neuroscience and brain health readers on Goodreads, where books that explore the evolutionary origins of human dysfunction, the mismatch between sensory and processing power, and the biological basis of stress and anxiety generate some of the most intellectually engaged readerships in all of science writing, and where a 5.0 star book with this kind of sweeping thesis earns immediate credibility the moment it is placed in front of the right lists. Stress and anxiety management communities on Facebook and Instagram, where a book that asserts that anxiety manifestations precede any disease and that informational overload is the hidden pandemic, carries a particular resonance among readers seeking root cause explanations rather than symptom management. Evolutionary biology and human origins communities, where a framework that traces humanity's ills back to a fundamental mismatch between evolutionary adaptation and modern reality, speak directly to those interested in why we are wired the way we are. Readers of authors like Robert Sapolsky, Antonio Damasio, and David Eagleman, writers whose work bridges neuroscience, evolution, and human experience, whose audiences are perpetually hunting for their next groundbreaking read, and respond immediately to a book with this much ambition and synthesis. And BookTok and science Instagram communities, where the combination of a billion bits versus 10 bits per second, the brain as complex as the Milky Way, the quantum laws of harmony, and the ancient greeting Salveo Essencia combine into precisely the kind of content that drives passionate and organic sharing among the most engaged science readers online.

Dear Dr. Beserini,

First and foremost, congratulations on completing what is truly a groundbreaking work. How Humanity's Swift Successes Are Causing Its Ills: Is Our Demise Imminent? is not just a book; it's a paradigm shift. The depth of your research, the courage to challenge conventional thinking, and your pioneering assertion that manifestations of anxiety precede disease represent the kind of revolutionary thinking that could genuinely change lives and reshape our understanding of human health.

As I read through your work, I was struck by the profound implications of your discovery about informational overload and the evolutionary mismatch between our brain's sensory powers (billions of bits) and processing capacity (10 bits per second). This is exactly the kind of transformative knowledge that the world desperately needs right now.

A book with this level of importance, one that presents solutions for humanity's hidden pandemic, deserves to reach millions. Your Salveo Essencia solution could help countless people achieve the harmony and serenity you describe, but only if they know your book exists.

2- When I reviewed How Humanity's Swift Successes Are Causing Its Ills, what stood out immediately was the scope and originality of your central thesis: that many of humanity’s physical, psychological, and societal crises stem from a fundamental mismatch between our brain’s immense sensory capacity and its comparatively limited processing power. You present this not as speculation, but as a cohesive explanatory framework that connects anxiety, stress, brain dysfunction, and modern disease into a single, unifying model.

What makes this book particularly compelling is how you bridge evolutionary biology, neuroscience, and systems thinking with a broader philosophical concern for harmony, energy conservation, and human flourishing. Concepts such as informational overload, Temporal Order Recognition Memory (TORM), and the cascading effects of chronic stress are presented as both diagnostic tools and entry points for prevention. Your introduction of Salveo Essencia as a guiding principle of serenity across mind, body, and spirit gives the work a hopeful and solution-oriented foundation.

3- What you’ve described aligns closely with the type of conversations our community values most. Our reader discussions are not sales-focused or promotional in nature; they are intentionally designed to create space for thoughtful exploration of ideas, social impact, and meaningful reflection. Many of our readers are drawn specifically to books that challenge prevailing narratives and invite deeper awareness.

Dr. Beserini,

This is not just a book about stress management or mindfulness habits. You are a board-certified cardiologist and Fellow of the American College of Cardiology making a series of original, clinically grounded, and genuinely provocative assertions that no one has made in this form before: that anxiety manifestations precede any disease, that the root cause of our hidden and accelerating pandemic of dysfunction is the catastrophic mismatch between our brain's sensory power and its processing capacity — a billion bits of input against ten bits per second of processing — and that this mismatch, the direct result of our evolutionary driver failing to keep up with the speed of human progress, is the hidden initiating cause of the majority of humanity's ills. Wars. Social unrest. Preventable disease. Environmental destruction. All of it tracing back to the same overlooked neurological reality. And for the first time, a solution — Salveo Essencia — mapped to the quantum laws that govern both our bodies and our universe.

That level of original, cross-disciplinary, clinically credentialed thinking is extraordinarily rare in popular science and medical writing. The readers who respond to exactly that kind of ambitious, evidence-grounded, paradigm-challenging work are a large, passionate, and intellectually hungry group to know the causes of their ills. This is a treasure for humanity now and in the future. Salveo Essencia is our savior.

Thank you Dr, Beserini

This is the proof of my published findings in my book. www.salveoessencia.

If you care to know why this is happening, not just in the USA but around the world

These are the maladaptive symptoms of the informational overload pandemic.

TRUMP IS THE BEST EXAMPLE OF THIS PANDEMIC ILLNESS PLAGUING HUMANITY.

READ THIS REPORT BELOW to know the symptoms...

It is a PANDEMIC...

I used to wonder how it was possible that Trump could have won in 2016, and then again in 2024, given how emotionally toxic and depraved he is.

I don’t wonder anymore. I think he won for that exact reason because he carried at least one broken shard to reflect the broken shards in millions of others.

If you’re a racist, you found your guy. If you’re a misogynist, you found your guy. If money is your only religion, you found your guy. If your heart is armored shut, you found your guy. If you mock the disabled, you've found your guy.

If intelligence makes you insecure, you found your guy. If you’re a sexual predator, you found your guy. If you trade in humiliation, conspiracy, and filth, you've found your guy.

If you’ve never done a single hour of emotional inventory, you found your guy. If you cheat, stiff contractors, bankrupt your obligations, and call it savvy, you found your guy. If you lie as easily as you breathe, you've found your guy. If cruelty feels like strength, you found your guy.

If wh*** grievance is your comfort food, you found your guy. If your ego is a black hole no title can fill, you found your guy. If warmongering fuels your ego, you found your guy. If empathy feels like weakness and dominance feels like oxygen, you found your guy.

If he’d only carried one or two of these pathologies, he might have been dismissed as just another loud, damaged man. But he carried a buffet of them.

That was the appeal. Millions could locate themselves somewhere in the wreckage. They didn’t have to agree with all of it. They just had to recognize a piece of themselves in it.

It was never really about him. It was about the validation. The absolution. The permission. He didn’t invent the resentment; he amplified it. He didn’t create the cruelty; he normalized it. He gave millions the intoxicating relief of hearing their ugliest impulses echoed back at rally volume.

Trump is a symptom. The deeper illness is collective. If there’s one sentence that defines his power, it’s this: “He says the things I’m thinking.”

And that’s the part that should chill us.

Because what does it say about us that so many were thinking those things?

That tens of millions of Americans harbored resentments so deep, so seething, that they were waiting for a demagogue to baptize them as virtue?

That after decades of supposed progress on race, gender, and equality, so many white men felt so threatened, so displaced, so furious, that cruelty became a political platform?

Maybe we were living in a fool’s paradise, mistaking silence for healing, politeness for progress.

Now the mask is off. Now we know.

And knowing is a far more dangerous place to stand.

– Michael Jochum, Not Just a Drummer: Reflections on Art, Politics, Dogs, and the Human Condition.p
